Lawson Family Plumbing will be our first call from now on. I'd put 10 stars if I could! We had a pipe burst overnight and needed assistance first thing in the morning. We called and were scheduled in expeditiously. The woman we spoke with on the phone had exceptional customer service skills and was very helpful. Our technician Anthony arrived within the hour. He was extremely professional and thorough. He provided us with a quote and was able to start assisting right away. Pricing was very reasonable. Anthony was wonderful and went out of his way to make sure that we understood every step of the repair process. We will definitely be using Lawson again for any and all… read full review

Wow. This company is amazing. To start off, Jennifer is the person that I spoke with over the phone. She is so professional and friendly. She got me scheduled quickly and was a delight to speak with each time that I called. I honestly didn’t think the customer service experience would get any better than Jennifer. You can tell he is very passionate about what he does and wants to provide a great customer experience. He came in to help with a toilet sizing issue but was also able… read full review

Then today, 8/29, I had to call to get someone out to diagnose a different leak that seemed to be from the irrigation system. Jackie was awesome on the phone in getting someone scheduled to come out in a window that started within an hour of the… read full review
