Raymond was excellent. Surly working to get approved ToTo makeTo make theTo make the RepairTo make the repairs to make the repairs in a timely manner. I paid by credit card $75 but according to my contract should've been $70 dollars not a big problem working on other items and will wait to see this gets approved and paid thank you for responding in a timely manner. K&K was the installer of our A/C unit almost 3 years ago and they went above and beyond to get the unit installed fast even though not all the parts came at the same time. They took it upon themselves to go and get the missing parts to get the job done so we would not be without air in Phoenix in the month of August. This company is very reliable. K&K Heating and Air LLC took care of our electrical issues yesterday . Raymon the electrician is so thorough figuring out the issues . Carmen in their office input was so helpful too. All in all we are very satisfied with our experience & their work ethics. Very honest & professional in dealing with their clients. Will surely refer to families & friends .
