A couple weeks ago we had a drain get plugged that was backfilling water into our tub, our shower, and then out the base of the toilet. We got a hold of Phend Plumbing and they were able to come out the very next morning. In addition on that first phone call they were able to guide me through what I needed to do to prevent further damage.
The team, the office staff, Micah was a rock star at coordinating everything and helping us be fully informed. Tyler, the plumber who was on site, was extremely respectful and very knowledgeable. We hired Phend Plumbing after being referred by our real estate agent to install three new Kohler toilets to replace the stock toilets in our new home.
