This company is truly an honest and on time with above and beyond service. Micah who answers the phone, so genuine and polite, thank you. Tyler has always been great in fixing our water heater and called him back again on request for another water leak. The only company I will call. Thank you Phend Plumbing and staff!
A couple weeks ago we had a drain get plugged that was backfilling water into our tub, our shower, and then out the base of the toilet. We got a hold of Phend Plumbing and they were able to come out the very next morning. In addition on that first phone call they were able to guide me through what I needed to do to prevent further damage.
The team, the office staff, Micah was a rock star at coordinating everything and helping us be fully informed. Tyler, the plumber who was on site, was extremely respectful and very knowledgeable. I felt like they took really really good care of us and was very impressed with the overall service that was performed. Would highly recommend… read full review
