When I came to NAU, I was recommended to work with physioshop as they helped a lot of athletes in the past. Right away, Jason ( the main pt I worked with) knew something was up with my knee that I couldn’t control. Turns out, I had a massive cyclops lesion in my knee that was hindering my joint mobility and causing a lot of pain. After that got removed, it was only up from there. Beyond physioshop helping with my physical health, they also helped my mental health by listening to me when I said something was hurting or didn’t feel right, allowing us to come up with solutions together. This past fall, I played my first full season of volleyball and have never felt better. My team won the regular season conference championship and I was named to the first team all conference alongside two other teammates of mine. Physioshop is an amazing community l, and they’ve continued to show me support as I finish out my last two years of college ball.“

After going consistently, I started seeing a massive improvement in my mobility and my overall discomfort. Being able to enjoy the things I love doing while not being in pain! Today I can say my hand feels way better and is much easier doing my everyday activities, thank you to the team at Proof Physical Therapy for taking great care of me!“

After months of rehabilitation with Ammon at Banner Physical Therapy, I finally was able to regain my life and get back to work and exercising again. I would recommend this facility and Ammon to everyone who is in need of good quality Care with a physical therapist who is very competent, knowledgeable and caring and empathetic toward his patients.“

5200 E Cortland Blvd c1, Flagstaff“Todd was the therapist for my wife's sciatica problem, and is now mine for lumbar arthritis. His care is very personal and is tailored for the needs of each patient. The \"hands on\" sessions are very beneficial and you'll leave feeling better, but be prepared to have some \"homework\" of your own to pursue. The home exercises/stretches are also tailored to your specific issue, so you'll need to do your part. I highly recommend Todd and DeRosa PT Eastside. (PS - Their location is in an unremarkable strip mall at the Northwest corner of Country Club Drive and Courtland/Soliere. Look for the freestanding BofA ATM kiosk and DeRosa PT is about 20' away.)“
