I could not be more impressed than I have been in my work with Carter. He is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and up-to-date on research. With his encouraging assessment and feedback, my whole feeling about myself and what I might be capable of physically and healthwise has dramatically changed. I have new hope I never would have had without his therapy skills and especially without his gift of discerning and conveying to me my best possible outcome. He truly made me see myself in a whole new light. I am very grateful!

I recently received therapies for lymphedema issues I have. Hugo Rodriguez was my therapist–he specializes in lymphedema issues, and is thoroughly knowledgeable in this area of PT. He helped me get on the track I needed to be on to help with my chronic, many years of suffering with lower legs and feet swelling. He helped me get the home therapy legs pump equipment by working in conjuction with CICC vein clinic, where Hugo and CICC got the equipment via Medicare at no cost. The atmosphere in this clinic is the best I've experienced in all my years of needing various pt sessions over my 30+ years here at Flagstaff, AZ as I've used at least four different pt therapy...read full review

I have nothing but positive things to say about entire care. I went twice a week for over 6 months for a shoulder injury. I was scheduled with Will, and he was so supportive and took every issue seriously. This was my first major injury in my life and I was scared to ask for help, but Will made sure to provide a kind and open environment to help make me feel comfortable. My pain was never questioned and he went out of his way to make sure I left every visit in less pain than I came in with. He pushed me to strengthen surrounding muscles to prepare me for surgery, and helped me regain mobility and strength post surgery as well. I am so grateful for his expertise and compassion.
