“BEST chiropractor BAR NONE i've been worked on by...in 50 YEARS of chiropractors....ny, california, boston, ANYWHERE!!! this is a genius chiropractor...i have scoliosis...he's ACTUALLY CHANGING THE CURVE of my spine for the much better! and i'm 70! “Hello! My name is Gigi Greenlee and I play for NAU volleyball. 3 years ago I tore my ACL senior year of high school and had quite a few complications in the way. When I came to NAU, I was recommended to work with physioshop as they helped a lot of athletes in the past. Right away, Jason ( the main pt I worked with) knew something was up with my knee that I couldn’t control. Turns out, I had a massive cyclops lesion in my knee that was hindering my joint mobility and causing a lot of pain. After that got removed, it was only up from there. Beyond physioshop helping with my physical health, they also helped my mental health by listening to me when I said something was hurting or didn’t feel right, allowing us to come up with solutions together. This past fall, I played my first full season of volleyball and have never felt better. My team won the regular season conference championship and I was named to the first team all conference alongside two other teammates of mine. Physioshop is an amazing community l, and they’ve continued to show me support as I finish out my last two years of college ball.“

1. She met me on the street, to guide me to office. This was not necessary but appreciated; she could have given me directions, but it took away all the confusion.
2. Office and facilities were clean and fragrance free.
3. Juana has a very skilled strong touch and greatly improved my planter facetious in one session. She identified that my problem was from miss aligned hips, which shortened one of my legs causing the planter facetious; and fixed it. She clearly has studied massage and the human body extensively and I will certainly be back.“

“Had an amazing experience at Sequoia Wilson Bodywork & Massage! (To make it clear, I won a 60-minute massage on Instagram. However; I was not asked / incentivized further to provide a review- this is all on my own accord!)
Finding her spot is a little tricky as it’s in an underground suite of businesses tucked between others. She provided text instructions to find it which was sooo helpful! I’ve never seen that provided by other spa service places. Sequoia was very warm and friendly upon arrival. She asked about what I wanted in the massage and asked about my birth and postpartum journey. She provided a pregnancy pillow to lay on my stomach on for comfort since I’m freshly postpartum. She also provided cupping which was such a nice touch; I had never had that service anywhere before! The massage itself was so nice and stress-relieving. The pressure was great; neither too soft nor too much. Her music choices were awesome! Rather than the typical waterfall spa sounds, it was a chill mix of my fav type of music (indie/ stomp and holler). She promotes and collaborates with other local, women-owned businesses which I love. Such a great experience! I’ll definitely be going back!“

“Richard Howard is amazing! I had exhausted physical therapy along with other therapies through out the years for chronic neck/back pain. After attending sessions for my kids sports injuries with Richard, I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and skill, so I decided to try therapy again and I am so glad I did! I cannot recommend Richard Howard at Banner enough, he listens, he’s thorough, he’s so brilliant with how our bodies function and he teaches you along the way as well. He helped my son regain mobility on his severely broken leg/knee, he helped my daughter with a long standing foot injury that just wouldn’t go away and now my back/neck/ribs are finding relief I haven’t had in years. I’m hopeful for the first time in a long time!“
