I was in flagstaff for a weekend didn’t want to get off of my Pilates routine. I dropped in and did a cardio class with Sandy and really enjoyed it. The class size was small and the instructor gave great feedback. Studio was clean, engaged and friendly! I will come back next time I’m up north.

Great Pilates classes! Kelsey is by far the most thorough and thoughtful fitness instructor I’ve had. She is very aware of everyone and offers adjustments tailored for each individuals levels. These are great classes for everyone from people recovering from injuries to athletes
