“They saved my day! I had asked them to help with repairs at my rental properties, but we had never met in person. Finally, it was my own home that needed help. This morning, the shaft of my shower handle broke while I was taking a shower, and I couldn’t turn off the water. I had no choice but to shut off the water supply to the whole house.

After I called Jen, she was incredibly thoughtful and arranged for Rob to come over the same day. Because of the unique wall structure in my house, Rob was able to precisely assess the internal layout and informed me that it would be impossible to access the plumbing from the other side of the wall. The only option was to cut into the tile.

But my tiles are very old and almost impossible to match. So Rob started working his magic — he carefully made the smallest possible opening, installed the valve in a very tight space, and used the base plate of the new handle to perfectly cover the hole.

He worked for a full 4 hours. He didn’t have to go to such far — he could’ve just cut the tile, installed the valve, and left me staring at an exposed wall. I truly admire his professionalism and patience.“
