It's his shop and nobody cares about customers like an owner.

Had a great experience today! This was my first time ever even being in a salon so I was pretty nervous about it. My ONLY complaint and it's not even a complaint cause it's just personal issue and my own user error is that the massage chair made me feel like I was being beat up because I couldn't figure out how to calm it down lol I wish I knew who had helped me because she was wonderful. She gave me a tour, showed me different options, and when I couldn't figure out my bed she was immediately helpful and got it figured out for me.

Adam didn’t just show up on time and when he said he would, but he called and asked if he could get to me sooner than our regularly scheduled appointment the next day. He acted with URGENCY! He had my larger than average septic tank pumped within 5 hours of my first phone call to him. He was also professional, personable and communicated well. I highly recommend them!

Jonesboro Overhead Door recently installed a new garage door opener at my home. The new unit is much quieter than the old one which sounded like a herd of elephants with each opening and closing as well having battery backup. After the installation, I had problems with turning off the unit light which was drawing bugs into my garage. A slight adjustment of the sensors was also requited. Both problems were addressed immediately to my satisfaction. This is a business that can be depended upon to provide excellent customer service even after the installation and sale.

We recently hired Tosh Lawn Care Service in Jonesboro to help with our yard, which had several low spots, uneven ground, and holes throughout the lawn. Charlie came out, evaluated the property, and provided a quote for leveling the yard and hydroseeding.

Oasis is pretty good, but 1) they often do not answer their phone calls and 2) they are not good about billing. These can be frustrating, but the lawn care is, for the most part, as I said, pretty good.

I Went to Dentist, Dr. Kaloghirou for my yearly Check Up, along with TMJ and very Painful Arthritis! Was Hurting like Crazy with the Inclement Weather, which made it hard to Sit, Rise and Move freely. Dr. called in a Script of MethylPREDNISolone for my TMJ and said it might help with the Arthrtic Pain as well. Boy, did it ever. I was able to get out Shopping Saturday in The Rainy Weather without any Pain or Stiffness!

Revolution Chiropractic is a great place where all the employees love their jobs (which is unusual but refreshing these days). They pay very close attention to all their clients and make sure that you are doing your exercises correctly. I love how they are constantly evaluating each clients progress. The goals they set for you are to get your body to be aligned correctly to where you eventually are just on a maintenance program. I do not want to have surgery on knees. After reviewing X-Rays they design a plan to get stronger. The stem cell shot has helped my knee a lot. I highly recommend!

First time pet visit here! We visited the vet today to have my 4-year old female cat checked out for eye irritation. The clinic was very clean, peaceful with calming music playing, and excellent customer service! It did not smell like pets in the animal clinic, even with 5 roaming clinic cats who were very well-behaved. The check in process was seamless and temperature-controlled cozy - completed in minutes even with having to fill out the new patient form. The wait time was minimal. Dr. Ryan was thorough and detailed with his line of questions to figure out remedies. The cost of the visit and medications was very reasonable and affordable. It was also nice that the clinic was able to get us in for a visit within 24 hours!
My epileptic weenie dog accidentally ate my prescribed medication on the first night of a huge ice storm. While all the pet poison control hotlines wanted 80+ dollars, the lovely people who answered the hilltop after-hours emergency line talked me through what to do and how to help my girl while travel was impossible. This veterinary assistant & the vet she was working with helped me save my dog’s life when other places refused. Christy does amazing work! Our two pups never hesitate or act nervous when left to be groomed and they come home looking great and have such a shiny coat.
She does a Excellent job and my little dog loves her, and usually he's a little grumpy.

I recently started attending with a friend. Very welcoming and enjoyable group class. I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed while having had a good workout and sweat session.
Holland and Jonathan are absolutely wonderful! Holland really listens to what I want to work on and tailors the entire workout to my needs each week. It is great to get to do a combo of pilates, gyrotonic, yoga, and melt each time I go.

Heather McGuire is very nice and friendly, you can listen to the music or have a conversation while you get your massage. If you have any problem areas just let her know, she can help. Very relaxing experience, have returned several times, have some soreness after but not bad. I recommend going to see Heather.
Amanda is an outstanding masseuse! I've been to several over the years, and have finally found one to whom I will return. I went for deep tissue massage and she was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, drawing on different medical fields to maximize the treatment effectiveness. Great environment as well, I finally got a massage with classic rock playing, instead of the new age water trickling down bamboo music they normally have.
No miracles, I'm older with long term problems. But I have finally found someone who made progress, and I'm optimistic she can help long term. I'll update if necessary.
I truly appreciated her explanations of how the different techniques work and what they affect. I learned a ton, and that's a huge bonus for me.

Dealing with several knots and tight muscles in my back I decided to head to Body Indulgence. Clay Crump met me with several pertinent questions which I truly appreciated because I knew he read my file. Clay worked so hard during my 30 minute massage and when I left, my back and shoulders felt sooo much better!!! Two complaints: 1) I should have booked a longer massage but resisted due to knee issues. 2) I should’ve gone to Body Indulgence sooner!!! I’ll be back to visit Clay soon!
