New client here. Previous vet was awesome, but very expensive. Hilltop Vet accepted us immediatelywith $100 new client fee same day. It's actually closer. Family has been with them for many years. Staff were smiling, pleasant and accommodating. Appointment for spay was made within a week, for a fraction of the quote I received from previous vet who quoted >$600 and upwards of $900 for a simple spay on a 6 month old with no co-morbidities, (which prompted the immediate switch). Plenty of parking. Facility was clean and personnel appear professional, but very friendly. I can’t thank Hilltop Vet enough for taking care of our dog in her time of need. She was hit by a car early in the morning and the clinic took her in first thing. Before the veterinarian even arrived, they had began working to get her stable. The staff and veterinarian all took amazing care of our girl. They were thorough, listened to our concerns, but most of all made our girl feel comfortable.
The Absolute Best!!! There’s 100s of Vets between us and Hilltop but we bypass every single one to take our pup to see these amazing veterinarians! We’ve had an emergency and called in the middle of the night and they walked us through what to do and helped us save our puppy! If you see anything besides for 5 starts from anybody they obviously never actually experienced these amazing Veternarians! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
