The staff is amazing and very respectful my nail tech today Anna took her time was very accurate with detail and was very, very professional. She was not rough. She was very gentle and I will definitely be going back. Thank you so much for getting the look that I wanted and exceeding what I was expecting
My 1st pedicure ever. Oh, my! I'll be treating myself to this again! I've only had a massage a few times, maybe 3? I believe this was just as relaxing as a massage and has the added benefit of taking care of my nails, which is difficult for me to do myself.
Jennifer was great as I have used her once before when my regular nail tech was out sick. This time I used her for the same reason because my regular person was out sick. She's good at what she does and I appreciate her. However, it would be nice if a customer could get a call stating that the nail tech they requested is out sick. John is who I've always used except the first two times when I used Sophie...who I originally started out with. I could see if a nail tech had just gotten sick but John had been out all week. I may have wanted to reschedule until he came back but I never got a courtesy call.
