“For about 3 years, I have been seeing Payne for ANYTHING hair related. She is absolutely the best. She always does exactly what I ask for and never fails to leave my hair looking even better than I imagined. She totally supports my crazy back and fourth decisions (I bounce between blond and brown about every 3-6 months) and even encourages me to go for looks that I’ve always wanted to try but have been hesitant to do. She is also an absolute miracle worker. Once years ago, I went and got my hair done by a woman at another local salon and it was horrific. I had asked for highlights but woman bleached my whole head and left the bleach for way too long. My hair was breaking off and coming out in chunks and I really thought I was going to have to shave it all off. But I called Payne and she got me in right away. When I tell y’all she saved my hair I’m not exaggerating AT ALL. I don’t know how, but she managed to not only save my hair but also made it look amazing.
