Everything went exceptionally well and we were happy with the work and employees assigned to our repair. My only recommendation would be that just because you quote a minimum fee, there’s nothing wrong with charging less than minimum quoted, if project turns out being simpler than normal. That would be exceptional advertising, but I realize you already have excess business.
