l accidentally locked my keys in my work truck back when there was snow and ice still on the roads in Feb 2024. A wonderful gentleman showed up within 15minutes and had my truck unlocked in less than a minute. I will definitely be calling them when I need assistance again. Also they are very affordable compared to some of the other locksmiths in the area who provide the same services but not the same great customer service.
Mr. Tom is an amazing lock smith that helped me get in my house when it was freezing outside. On top of me being pregnant and no one else would come to my rescue. Pop a lock complain and was very rude and unprofessional but not Mr Tom. I want to tell anyone who needs help in a bind and needs an affordable lock smith call Mr Tom. Thank you Mr tom!!!!
Amazing people to work with! We had waited two weeks for another company that wouldn’t come through so we called Tom! The next morning our car was ready to go before lunch! We won’t use anyone else going forward!
