Rebecca needs to be fired!! Very unprofessional and rude to her clients. It’s funny how when I first called she was all so nice and sweet and the moment you want to cancel service her attitude is by far the worst. When you want them to do a job they are paid for they don’t and when you no longer want their services they come out to service. None of their products worked and I got ignored by the worker that came out. Rebecca over-talked me the entire 8 mins we were on the phone and wasn’t listening to anything I had to say. The two gentlemen that came out to spray our house was very friendly and they found our house without any trouble at all (we cannot say that for most people!). Every time that I have called the women that answer the phones are always very friendly and helpful. So far so good, I would recommend them to anyone.Service: Hornet & wasp extermination

Great customer service. From the girls on the phone from the office to the techs that service our houses in the several years that I have used them I have never had a bad experience. Their prices are more than fair and I have never used a company with such an amazing staff. The technicians are always so polite and helpful becoming almost like family.
