“Called them Monday afternoon about a high pitch squealing noise coming from our heating unit when it kicks on. They were here by 9am Tuesday morning and quickly diagnosed the problem. We had a metal elbow going from the furnace to the flue that had rusted apart and was dropping pieces of metal shavings down into our inducer motor and even worse was allowing Carbon Monoxide to leak out into our crawl space! The technician quickly had the elbow replaced and even went as far as using a magnet to get the shavings out of the motor and the high pitch noise is completely gone! So glad that my gut instincts told me to go ahead and call it in to have it looked at! They literally saved our lives!“
