I had issues for the last two years with my HVAC unit and had FBR out twice to recharge the unit both times they were amazing then came the time to replace the unit due a leak they were great worked with my home warranty and got it approved the home warranty dropped the ball on parts and my unit stopped working I called they called me back on a weekend and said they would likely be out on Monday to install they came out on Monday for the new unit installed and working and now my house is cooling off from the hot 95 it’s been to the 70’s it should be… I highly recommend frank and the entire team who all are great
Frank was just the nicest person we have ever met... I made a post against the home warranty plan people not against Frank and they turned it on him Frank was awesome It was the home warranty people that were horrible making me wait five or six days when I had a flood calling it a drip... As soon as Frank heard about it he was right straight out here and he took care of the problem...
Frist, let me start with saying I almost never recommend any company in this area due to the horrible experiences with them, and hearing about other peoples experiences with them. With that being said, I 100% recommend Frank and his team at FBR Co.! I had a new HVAC unit installed in July 2022 through my home warranty, the company that did the install completely messed up everything and rigged the unit to work, needless to say they would not come fix the issues and the warranty company would not hold then responsible. In December 2025 my unit went down and after much debate with the warranty company they agreed to have a different vendor come out instead of the original...read full review
