“Emergency visit on weekend. AC was not working. Initially told by scheduler that appointment may be following day as repairs were on weekend and tech had a number of calls ahead of us.. Received phone call later from Air Serve scheduler saying cancellation came up and would have tech to house within 6 hours. Later received additional call from scheduler saying tech would be to our house within 45 minutes. 30 minutes later tech arrived and began work. Shortly after tech arrival received another call from Aire Serve scheduler confirming tech had arrived. Wow! How professional and courteous!! Fortunately job was small and only took tech 30 minutes to repair. Great service - great tech and very professional follow-up!“
