“Our realtor, a long-time Baxter County resident, referred us to Laban Miller Services to install a new mini-split system in our four-seasons room—the old system was a window-type ac/h unit that had died. Miller worked easily with the electrical company to set up the power supply and necessary ac and drain lines with minimal alteration to the four-seasons and house structures. Miller overall did a great job at a competitive price and was on-time, efficient, and thorough and had a very easy “can- do” attitude about the whole project. Miller even patched the hole in the four-seasons metal frame wall where the old unit had been, crafting a 2-sided color-matched metal sheet with insulation in the middle and the edges sealed, whereas a competitor in their offering had not even tried to trouble-shoot that and instead told us to contact the four seasons company for a separate repair (long since out of business, by the way, so that was a gaping hole, literally, in the competitor’s plan). We’re very satisfied with our mini-split system and Miller Services.”
