All American installed a dual fuel York (propane / heat pump) one year ago. My then current propane HVAC system was 22 years old. I have been very satisfied by the performance of the York unit. My propane use this past winter was 1/2 of my prior winters.
All American techs were knowledgeable and installed the unit up in my living space, where prior it was in my basement. I think this also increased the efficiency, as I get much better air distribution.

A few weeks ago, our AC went out in the middle of everything, and thankfully we were connected with All American Refrigeration Heating & Cooling. We had the pleasure of meeting four different team members throughout the process, and every single one of them was kind, respectful, professional, and genuinely caring.
They came out last Friday and installed our new unit, and I especially want to give a HUGE shoutout to Michael Thompson for going above and beyond. The new AC works AMAZING, and our home finally feels comfortable again.
