“Airmasters was fantastic from start to finish. My AC went out during the hottest week of the summer. First, they sent a repair man to diagnose the issue and he was honest with me that they could fix the fan, but he didn’t know if the compressor was melted. It probably was because the unit had felt really hot to the touch.

Next, they sent out Brad, a salesman. He spent a lot of time looking at my old house and came up with a creative solution to box in my old register so it would fit a standard filter.

Several technicians came out to install the unit, then they came out again to turn the fan down a bit because it was a little too noisy for my very sensitive hearing.

“I cannot recommended Smart Comfort Inc enough!! If you need any heat/air services they are the ones to go! We use them yearly for cleanings but after being home the past week I have realized the air was just not it in the house. Called them this morning and they were out today to get us all cleaned out (our yearly) plus replace the parts that ants have caused to fry up. She is blowing cold again!! “AC Unit went out around Midnight. First thing that morning called to check availability. 15+ other calls and no one could see us same day. Unfortunately they were booked but guaranteed the after hour mechanic could be there from 6pm-10pm. Around 12 they told me I actually got out on the schedule for early afternoon.
