This past summer we came home from vacation to a hot house, and after only one phone call to Sara at TopNotch they had us up and running chilly again in less than 24hrs. We are on the membership plan and back in January before it was suppose to get really cold, I scheduled one of our two provided yearly servicing. The technician found an efficiency problem, and called in back up to help him resolve. They finished up that day and only charged us for parts. Their membership program has been amazing! “We had Tempco install our Rheem unit when our house was built around August last year. A few months ago we had a weird issue with our outside unit so our AC wasn't cooling - Tempco came out the same morning on a Saturday to fix! Literally within hours, understanding how hot the weather was getting. Recently, we discovered a manufacturer defect with our coil unit and once again, Tempco came through with the fix and help.
