Mr. Greg went above and beyond for me and my family! He fixed my meter pole and meter on a sunday afternoon. He was very kind and respectful. Not once did he act like it was an inconvenience coming out here to fix it, like others have in the past. He was very thorough and explained everything that needed to be done before doing it. He didnt try upsell anything. He did what had to be done and didn't charge me a huge fee for coming out after hours either. He did excellent work in a short amount of time. I expected it to take all day for such a big job, but, it only took a couple of hours. I am so blessed that we found him to come do this job so quickly. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! David is amazing. He’s professional, honest and cares about his customers. When he first came out, he examined my system, explained my options and for the last two years kept my old system going at a very fair price. This year I decided it was time to replace. He went over everything in detail with me, worked around my schedule to get the job completed and finished it up in the rain. The man is amazing. His assistant was just as professional and courteous. I’m extremely happy with the whole experience over the last 3 years and will never use another HVAC company. Epic Technicians HVAC turned what could have been a stressful situation into a great experience.

They came and fixed my roof leak while I was working out of town yesterday and minus the hole being patched, I couldn't even tell they had been there. They have been in business for years and Jose's English isn't the best but he has employees fluent in English and will make sure to take care of you and your roofing needs!
