“The technician, Nathan showed up as scheduled for the twice yearly contracted inspection. He asked briefly for equipment location and any barriers or precautions. He was thorough and answered questions professionally and personably. There were a few problems found, including some irregular work from previous installations, which he corrected. The outdoor condensers were inspected and cleaned. In all, this was a great experience and I commend and recommend this employee highly!
