David is amazing. He’s professional, honest and cares about his customers. When he first came out, he examined my system, explained my options and for the last two years kept my old system going at a very fair price. This year I decided it was time to replace. He went over everything in detail with me, worked around my schedule to get the job completed and finished it up in the rain. The man is amazing. His assistant was just as professional and courteous. I’m extremely happy with the whole experience over the last 3 years and will never use another HVAC company. Epic Technicians HVAC turned what could have been a stressful situation into a great experience.

David was prompt, professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to explain what he observed and what actions needed to be taken to install our new unit. He also delivered great customer service and was patient and understanding as he took the time to answer all of our questions.
