My ac went out on the night of July 2nd. Because the following day was Friday before 4th of July holiday, I was fearful that I couldn’t get it repaired before Monday, but I was happy to find these good folks and Chase came late that afternoon on his way home and was able to get me up and running! Chase was very kind and professional, the type of repairman we all hope to find.
I had such a wonderful experience with AIM Heating & Cooling today! It all started this morning when I saw a young man Drake from their company in Chick-fil-A. I asked if they worked on Saturdays, and he kindly said, “Yes, ma’am.” Instead of just telling me to look them up, he actually went out to his truck, grabbed a business card, and brought it back to me. That small act of kindness really stood out.

I contacted Brett the second day in hospital; I’m still in due to issues with posterior hip replacementon 7/1/26. So, they set an appointment for 7:30pm today. My wife said Drake A/C technician arrived on time and did a thorough diagnostic of the A/C unit. We really appreciate their quick response!!
