Hansen Air Pros is a great place for all household issues. Larry and Josh were very helpful and shared their expertise and knowledge to get a quote for plumbing. A technician was on time, properly attired, and responsive to questions, finding problems in both inside and outside units. Sales helped arrange a new unit purchase, and generator services were also available. The representative was clear, thorough, and professional. A same day estimate for a new heat pump system was provided by a knowledgeable and courteous technician who answered all questions without pressure. The installation crew was outstanding and professional.
I called about A/C underperforming. The technician, Ricky, was on time, properly attired and responsive to our questions. He found a problem in both inside and outside units. Those in sales helped to arrange a purchase a new unit, in and out. I was in the market for a back up generator and found that Hansen also provides generator services. A very equitable conclusion occurred for both products. Installation on a/c scheduled for next day. Great place for all household issues. Thanks Hansen.
We received a same day estimate appointment for a new heat pump system. The technician who came to evaluate our needs and give us a quote was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He answered all our questions without pressuring us to make a decision. We chose Hansen’s to install our new system. The installation crew was also outstanding and very professional. This company has been very good to work with.
AC service is quick to answer and arrive in good time. My only issue so far is that the plumbing maintence yearly service call was delayed by a couple of months. All in all though we are happy with their services
