“I think they deserve a five star had a few problems came right out promptly and fixed. Most of the issue just have some leaks in the heating ducts, but he said that was not part of the brand new air-conditioning heating system they put in oh well.“

“My air conditioning went out during the hot Alabama heat, and Jay with Luquire quickly came to my rescue. He found the bad capacitor that was causing my fan not to run and was making the electricity in my home sag when the unit started. The failure causing the fan not to operate caused my compressor to also fail. Jay quickly tried a hard-start capacitor but told me there was a good chance it wouldn't work. Luquire investigated and found that my compressor was still under the manufacturer warranty which saved me LOTS of money on the replacement costs. The technicians were very knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. The dispatch was friendly and efficient. There is an extra charge if you pay with a credit card, but that isn't their fault. They give a 15% discount for military and veterans, which saved me even more money. I would highly recommend Luquire to my friends and to anyone needing HVAC services. If I ever have trouble again, they'll be the first ones I call!“

“I’ve got to brag on Baylor and Mark with Sloan. I called at 12:15pm after my son found a leak against the front of our house. By 1pm, I received a call that they were on their way. They quickly looked and let me know they had to dig. Found the PVC pipe from the house into the yard had split and was leaking. They informed me what they were going to do (replace with stronger pipe) and how much it would cost prior to starting the work so there were no surprises. They got it fixed and were done... all in less than 2 hours. They were so nice and respectful and HONEST guys.“

“I has BBS come out to do a diagnosis of my central air unit because of the airflow had stopped producing cool air a day ago. Of course I thought the worst because my house is a older house that my uncle lived in until his passing. He has always used them for his service so I decided to call them to come and check to see what the problem with the unit. The 2 men thst arrived was professional and got right to it and found that a colony of sugar ants was inside the unit and some had blocked a connector that stopped the unit from working. They washed it down and did what they needed to do and they only charged the service call . Im glad they dot my unit back running and the Tech gave me a recommendation to add two automatic vents to the roof because my house is a flat roof with limit shade. Im thankful it wasn't anything major and they was honest because I was surly looking to buy a new unit.“
