I have been using Ellis for over 10 years now. Each and every time I have called on him, he has been professional, very responsive, good value and quality. My outside air conditioner unit stopped working and was freezing late night. Around 7:30ish, I called Ellis and he was addressing the issue within 2 hours. He had to replaced the capacitor and the fan blower. He was truthful with me that I really need to replace my entire unit because it's been some years now since I have replaced it. Matter of fact, it's been 15 years lol. Because of the cost, he did offered financing via Smart Financing under Alabama Power. He does the applying via an app on his cell phone....read full review

The gentleman who came and looked at our ac was actually early and he kindly explained everything about the system and what was wrong with it. He was very friendly and had a great sense of humor! I highly recommend him!
