So far we have had good customer service other than a few hiccups on the sales side. Installation of the LVF was great. Looks amazing and have used the same installer, Richard, on both projects. Back to quote/sales dept, it would be great if the reps would listen to what we want and need vs trying to just push the sale regardless.
The installers were very knowledgeable about what they had to do to get the job done. I recommend Mari and Tony to do anyone’s installation of their carpet. They were very nice and friendly. I give them 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🇺🇸
