Thank goodness for Ken and Zach! The pilot light on our hot water heater went out for the 3rd time in 2 months. Ken thoroughly checked and cleaned the unit then explained our options. With knowledge and patience, he answered my many questions. Ken and Zach were able to secure the part we needed and had our unit fixed in no time (same day). We have been using Luquire for several years and will continue to do so.
Hired luquire to clean and tune up our A/C unit for the summer. Very happy with the service, technician was on time and polite. Cleaned the indoor and outdoor unit and made sure they were in good working order. And most important, no scare tactics to try and upsell services or products. Also gave us a free filter for the AC. Will definitely be using them again in the future.
