The service was outstanding, and the experience was super. The team was nice and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond the job. They displayed the highest standards of customer service. Everything was done as promised and on time. One customer went from making a phone call to having a new A/C unit up and running the next day. The technicians explained how the filters work and were very professional and polite. The removal and installation was done in around 6 hours, with some duct work modified. Customers highly recommend them.
We have had excellent service. Recently we had a unit that wasn't working properly. Upon inspection they found a simple and low cost repair. Other companies would have jumped to replacing lots of expensive parts or the entire unit. They provided fair, knowledgeable and honest work.
