I contacted Myers Comfort Specialists on Friday because my heat pump stopped working. While I was disappointed that they were unwilling to send a specialist on Friday afternoon or over the weekend, they had a specialist at my Auburn house shortly after 10am on Monday. He diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in under an hour. Very professional and quality service!Service: HVAC system repair

I rent a townhouse and in 4 months, I have contacted the property manager 3-4 times about the AC. Each time, some other company came to "fix" the problem. This last time, Myers Comfort came out. They were timely, efficient, and professional. The technician kept me informed on what he was doing and what was going to happen next. He explained to me the fan motor had died and it would need replaced. When it was replaced, there was a clear difference in the air and I haven't had any problems.Service: A/C system repair

Louis was GREAT! He provide arrival notice, on time, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and thorough. My last dealing with Myers comfort wasn’t great due to the technician. Louis was just the opposite, great technician!Service: HVAC system maintenance
