This is a stellar company, and Brad was amazing! Fast service, quality work and thorough. He was professional, courteous, and made sure we were happy with the results. Didn't leave a mess, checked every bit of the work he did before he left. He represented his company superbly.
We had to wait two days before they could check out the AC. Then we had to wait from Thursday to Monday afternoon for it to be
Repaired. The service guy never called
To let me know he was on his way. Also, I had to call them to see when they were going to come back.
Our air conditioner fan quit working Monday evening, which was not good in this heat wave! Myers installed our unit some years ago, and has been excellent with service since. We called Tuesday morning and the service man, hot and tired from his last appointment out of town, came at 6:30 pm. (we had been told service would be here between 1 and 5 pm.) I was glad to see him, then felt bad about complaining earlier, when I saw how hot and tired he was, yet he came on to our house not knowing what he'd face here. He replaced one part in our fan and we had cool air going within 30 minutes!
God bless this exhausted man who came straight to our house to help us have cool air!
