“I’ve got to brag on Baylor and Mark with Sloan. I called at 12:15pm after my son found a leak against the front of our house. By 1pm, I received a call that they were on their way. They quickly looked and let me know they had to dig. Found the PVC pipe from the house into the yard had split and was leaking. They informed me what they were going to do (replace with stronger pipe) and how much it would cost prior to starting the work so there were no surprises. They got it fixed and were done... all in less than 2 hours. They were so nice and respectful and HONEST guys.“

“Got service day of call. Nice, paid 380$ for a plumping clear up. They used my ladder to get on the roof. Fine, except they did NOT put it up. Did not close the back door properly nor ask me or inform me. Front door was the same. Neither door was shut and left a jar. So I did have a problem but it was handled.

Apparently two of my pipes are broke as mud is coming back up, and they will give me a quote today on how much work to fix those.

May have to involve insurance and may be a process but at least these workers work very quick and will talk you through it all.“

“I has BBS come out to do a diagnosis of my central air unit because of the airflow had stopped producing cool air a day ago. Of course I thought the worst because my house is a older house that my uncle lived in until his passing. He has always used them for his service so I decided to call them to come and check to see what the problem with the unit. The 2 men thst arrived was professional and got right to it and found that a colony of sugar ants was inside the unit and some had blocked a connector that stopped the unit from working. They washed it down and did what they needed to do and they only charged the service call . Im glad they dot my unit back running and the Tech gave me a recommendation to add two automatic vents to the roof because my house is a flat roof with limit shade. Im thankful it wasn't anything major and they was honest because I was surly looking to buy a new unit.“

I live about a quarter mile off main road and had a significant water leak. they came out and found the leak that was close to artisan spring that feeds pond.( I would have never found that leak.)
