“My outside power box blew up May 15, 2026. ALFA tried two different vendors with both vendors not following through, dropping out, or not responding after initial contact. ALFA called Dixie Electric on May 26, 2026, and not only did a representative come out within the hour, but they had my electric fixed and running by May 28, 2026. Great service, great job, great technician. Kudos to Dixie Elcttic and John Jinright!!! Thank you!!! And thank you, Tyler Patterson, of ALFA. Then my hot water heater went out (from same issue), and Dixie came right back out replacing it. Thank you to Dewayne Poitevint, who did a great job. I highly recommend Dixie Electric.“

I had a problem with my main drain line going into the septic system, and my septic technician reached out to Austin and his crew. They showed up at my house in less than an hour, fully prepared with all their equipment, including a camera to check the pipes. They quickly found the issue and, even though their schedule was packed (which just shows how good they are), they managed to fix everything much faster than I expected. Austin was great at explaining the work that needed to be done and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I live about a quarter mile off main road and had a significant water leak. they came out and found the leak that was close to artisan spring that feeds pond.( I would have never found that leak.) They repaired it and I am so thankful! Hank's Plumbing did all this on a Friday too!“
