“Always great customer service from Environmental Comfort Systems! I have been a customer for almost 30 years! However, the last two preventative maintenance service calls were with two different technicians. I was used to the same technician each year and really appreciated the comfort of knowing him (Bryan). Also, the ease of not having to show the technician (s) where every thing was a time saver. Most importantly, I do not like having multiple new people in my home. It is my issue with comfort and safety. I would greatly appreciate having the same technician each time. (I will say the "Spring" PM technician this year was not very customer friendly and I would prefer not to have him back. Having expressed my opinion, I must say the young man, "Kyler" who was in training was very friendly and customer service was excellent. I did not interact with Gavin other than to say hello (he did outside work). Again, I am very satisfied with Environmental Comfort and would highly recommend them! “Eric and his staff are top notch. From the time I called explaining my issues, they were willing to help as soon as possible. A tech came out and tried fixing the issue but we ended up needing a full system replacement and they were able to get us a great deal on both an indoor and outdoor unit. They understood being without air in Alabama during the month of June is not fun and got our replacements in just a couple of days. Golden and JT came out as early as they could the day of the replacement. They were very friendly and professional throughout the entire day.
