“I had multiple foundation companies come out to assess some settling. Southern structural - recommended by 3 people I trust - was the only company that didn't give me a quote the day they came out. They didn't want to scare me in a time of worry, they wanted to get to the bottom of the problem and find the causation. Out of three companies, only they recommended a structural engineer to come inspect. The "extra expense" in hiring an engineer actually saved me money on the total project. They were also the only company that tried to calm my nerves at the time. Other folks were telling me how bad the situation was and told me I needed to make a quick decision since they were busy. Brian was excellent to work with in the preparation leading to the repairs. The men they sent to my property to complete the work were extremely respectful to me and my property. Can't say enough great things here. Super honest.“
