We bought our Signature Homes home two years ago and have been very pleased. The construction process was smooth and our home was ready ahead of schedule. The independent home inspections we had done pre-closing and at the 1- and 2-year mark showed very minimal, minor issues. And any time we’ve had an issue since moving in, the warranty manager, Mark Smith, has been such a huge help. Mark communicates well, does what he says he’ll do, and is just an all-around nice guy. Mark has also been a great resource for all my silly questions about living in a new construction home. If you are house-hunting and considering a Signature Homes community, rest assured you’ll get a great well-built home.
Yesterday we closed on a house in Everlee that was built and sold by Signature Homes. I have to say, that the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The entire team from initial design, through construction, to move in, and even after move in, has been excellent. If you are looking to build a new home, and you are OK to work within a system, I strongly recommend Everlee and the the Signature Homes team.
This was our second building experience with Signature Homes and again, they did not disappoint. The Blackridge Team is an excellent group to work with. From the beginning of the building process with Brooke Gann, Realtor, Lauren Smith, Lead Designer, Triston, Builder, Debbie Etheridge, Closing Coordinator, they all worked diligently to ensure the building process ran smoothly. They kept us “Informed,” which was a key factor to us during this process. We are grateful to everyone and enjoying our beautiful home.
