We had Jim come out today to look at some concerns we had and he was great! He was honest and educating after his inspection. We can’t wait to use him for our foundation repairs!
I considered several companies to do some work on my mom's house. Based on references provided and my conversations with Jim Brooks, I chose Foundation Pro Services. Jim and his team fixed drainage problems that had plagued the house for decades. This included rerouting gutter run-off, installing a french drain with gravel plus vapor barrier in a cramped crawl-space, installing sump pumps and taking care of the associated electrical work. Along the way, new issues like under-house plumbing problems were found and handled as well. FPS did it all and for a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to call them for other repairs.
