Possibly the best experience I have ever had with a contractor/service provider. I had an appointment to have someone come look at my old stuck garage door within a day and a half of my phone call to Precision Garage Door. Marvin was the service technician who came out to measure for the new door. He simply couldn’t have been more professional or nicer. I had the new door picked out with his suggestions within a very short period of time. And here’s the best part - the price I was quoted for the new door and opener system was about 1/3 of what I thought it would likely be. Precision Garage Door Services of Birmingham is amazing! From the professional who took my initial call to the tech who met me to check out the garage door, I am highly impressed. It was less than an hour that a technician was able to meet me at a house and provide his professional opinion along with a quote. I loved the text I received prior to him showing up. The text has his photo and details about who he is as a person: children, pets, etc. A real person. What a nice touch. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service of Birmingham.
