Gary was so easy to work with and answered all of our questions in a timely fashion. The project remained on schedule, despite COVID-19, thanks to the excellent project management by Jeff Clements. We really can’t say enough about Jeff. He was efficient, he communicated very effectively and he kept us informed throughout the duration of our project. Jeff is not only a fantastic project manager, he is also a great guy. We trusted him and his subcontractors to be in our home daily while our entire family was also home during the quarantine. They installed railing and stairs on my walkway and deck, added two gates to my fence, replaced parts of my deck that had rotted, removed parts of my fence that were no longer needed, and extended and connected part of my existing fence to enclose the yard. Communication was consistent and easy. Everyone I communicated with was super nice and accommodating. The workers did an excellent job and worked quickly.
