“I came here to get an ombre done on my hair. Generally, I am skeptical since I do have dark hair and a lot of it and get turned down just from that but Maria did not! My hair did not burn or get damaged like I thought it would because of my dark hair. She told me how to care for my hair and what products she recommends for my new ombre. Maria did an amazing job and I will trust nobody else but her to do my hair. I will definitely always come back! “Amber cut my hair and did an Awesome job ? !! She was kind and helpful. I felt bad for her because she was all alone in the shop. She said her manager NEVER comes to work, that she is there all alone all the time. That's sad that a franchise would allow such practices in there business!!?? Amber had customers walk out because they didn't want to wait (?(. There should ALWAYS be at least 2 people on staff at ALL times in a bu such as this. The salon could have been cleaner inside too.
