“Amber cut my hair and did an Awesome job ? !! She was kind and helpful. I felt bad for her because she was all alone in the shop. She said her manager NEVER comes to work, that she is there all alone all the time. That's sad that a franchise would allow such practices in there business!!?? Amber had customers walk out because they didn't want to wait (?(. There should ALWAYS be at least 2 people on staff at ALL times in a bu such as this. The salon could have been cleaner inside too.
