The whole experience was wonderful, he was captivated as soon as we walked through the door and so excited to sit in the car chair. Chandi was so good with him! My daughter loves to choose which seat she gets to sit in (fire truck, police car, train) and they have kid friendly movies on the TV to keep them distracted if they are nervous about the haircut.
