These guys make amazing products. If you're in the market for cabinets, this is the place. They make their cabinets here in Alaska. Go small local business! Ryan, their designer, will work with you on drafting your layout. And if you talk to their owner, Joe, you could definitely feel the pride and love they put into their products. He might even take you on a tour of their workshop to see how it's done. Besides cabinets, they can also do custom-made closets, bookshelves, trims,... anything that has to do with woodwork that you need for your house. Since Kodiak Cabinets are a team of only 5 guys, the waiting process can be long but it's definitely worth it. You should at least check them out and see for yourself.

Our old boiler was having issues during the current cold spell. Rock Solid sent a technician the day after my call.Zach was our technician, and he did a fantastic job. Zach cleaned and serviced the boiler but was unable to reset the boiler to a safe and working condition. He left us with space heaters that kept our house toasty until his return the following day.Zach had researched our boiler and, upon his return, had a good idea of what the problem was. Zach did more cleaning and inspecting, nursing the boiler along so that it provided adequate service, but still not back to full strength.Zach believed that there was a blockage beyond his ability to address and recommended a power cleaner who could reach the suspected blockage - all in the hopes that the power cleaning could resolve the issue.Sure enough, following the cleaning, our boiler is back to full strength and running like new.Zach's hard work and professionalism saved us from the rather massive expense and great inconvenience of installing a new boiler. It is now 10-below outside, and we are enjoying a toasty 73 inside thanks to Zach.

Stan’s Appliance Repair made me an appointment and sent a technician to my house within a week. She was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through every step of what she was doing with my stove, oven, and dryer. She even politely explained that I had been using the wrong pots and pans for the type of range I have. Then she made a recommendation as to which pans work best for the range. Later on I misplaced the invoice and called their office to get a replacement. I had a scanned copy in my inbox within 5 minutes. I would highly reccomend Stan’s to anyone needing appliance repair or diagnostics.

In completing a shower renovation with far north craftsmanship, I can say that the install team was excellent. Prompt responses, flexibility with changes, and above all professionalism were experienced with Todd, our installer.I will note however that there seems to be a disconnect from owner, Gene, to the specific job in particular. We did experience some miscommunication and fails in coordination which led to time and money on our side. Feedback was given, wouldn’t consider it received well though.All in all, I would recommend far north, I’m sure the lack of ownership and professional conduct was a transient occurrence.Good work!

I had a privacy fence installed. They had to take out the old and rebuild - while keeping the fenced area blocked because of my huge dog. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful they were. First time going to Dr. Lane's office and I really couldn't be any happier. Starting at the beginning, I made my own appointment with thier online calendar which is actually incredibly convenient. Then when I showed up the welcoming and friendly staff at the front desk made me feel at ease. Dr. Lane is a really nice and attentive Dr. Constantly asking if I was ok and warning me of any possible incoming discomfort, and I appreciate that. He quickly and expertly did his work, then checked his work with a final Xray. He is confident, candid, and calm. Definitely a 5 star dentist with a 5 star staff. This is my new dentist. Honorable mention, the Hygienist he has on staff is wonderful and did a great, painless, and quick job cleaning my coffee stained teeth. Again 5 stars. You will not be disappointed. They fixed my existing filling that came undone when a neighboring dentist couldn’t pinpoint the problem and told me to come back in a few weeks when it turns into a root canal!! I was amazed by how great they worked together to resolve my problem and he gave me a back up plan if plan A didn’t work. I would highly recommend Dr. Bowen and staff. Very pleased with my first office experience. It's very clean and tidy. Definitely one of the most welcoming chiropractor offices for kids too. They have a play room which is great. My daughter is potty training and I was actually surprised to see a toilet seat attachment for kids in the bathroom! Fantastic my daughter was able to use the potty without feeling uncomfortable and also have a safe place to hang out while I was at my appointment.Dr Stacey and her office assistant were so welcoming. I was very impressed with all the technology and testing provided to see how my CNS & muscles are behaving. Dr. Tom is a life saver when it comes to back pain. I never hesitate to make that hour drive in pain just to see him .He is the only Dr. I have ever seen go above and beyond for his patients to the extent he does. He definitely has a lifetime customer. He's the best hands down.

Revised 2.24.2024:I recently had the pleasure of working with Juanita over the billing issues we had. And I can tell you with confidence that she really went to bat with our insurance company over the incorrect billing issue we experienced here. Receiving this level of customer service is unheard of anymore. After closer inspection, Aetna was WRONG! And we are so lucky that Juanita knew what to do. It seems like your own insurance would have your best interests in mind, right? ? Guess again.Juanita if you see this, thank you again for going back to fix this. I know it is not ideal to fight with insurance companies over anything.Msmades—————————Staff and doctor were all pleasant and welcoming. No problems there. Massage was a little strong for my taste- resulting in bruising and soreness for a few days. I should have asked for lighter pressure, but I have never had a massage that made me feel bruised afterward like that. The true challenge I experienced here was that my husband and I were assured that our services were covered by our insurance, even after we questioned that our insurance didn’t typically cover massages. So we figured, ok fine, if we have to pay for the massage, fine. The chiropractor visit will be covered.Turns out our insurance barely covered any of the visit fees. So I guess that’s a lesson for us- ask the insurance first- don’t trust what the doctor’s office is promising. The cost of the massage here is high compared to other massage therapy locations in the area. So that was a costly lesson of over $500.

This place is absolutely a hidden gem for the wasilla community for a more natural health and wellness environment. They offer so many alternative treatments to help you with your problems that will listen to you. Not the place to just give you prescriptions and hope you heal, Altair will get to the bottom of your problems and take time to learn you!

Charlie was very nice and accommodating, seeing as I was a bit late, and the actual massage had great pressure where I needed it. After the massage Charlie even gave me some tips, stretches, and exercises to help with my shoulders. Also free snacks.
