In completing a shower renovation with far north craftsmanship, I can say that the install team was excellent. Prompt responses, flexibility with changes, and above all professionalism were experienced with Todd, our installer.I will note however that there seems to be a disconnect from owner, Gene, to the specific job in particular. We did experience some miscommunication and fails in coordination which led to time and money on our side. Feedback was given, wouldn’t consider it received well though.All in all, I would recommend far north, I’m sure the lack of ownership and professional conduct was a transient occurrence.Good work!
