The day of my massage I had unexpected events come up that prevented me for making my massage time. Shanti went above and beyond to arrange her schedule that afternoon to find time for me, and even worked much later than her scheduled hours to provide me care.
I’m truly blown away by her talent as a masseuse, her wonderfully bright personality, and the time and energy she places in her clients — even ones she hasn’t met yet.

Tweaked my back doing some extracurriculars and made a same day appt with Jeanette. Wow did she save me a Dr visit. Lots of pressure right where I needed it. Strongly recommend if you need some knots worked out. Oh, and she's very nice and COVID safe if thats a concern.

I went to Julie for YEARS after going to literally every lash tech in Anchorage. I moved away a few years ago but I felt the need to leave a review because she is literally the best and I saw she has her own place! I drove from Wasilla to see her, and then I drove from Anchorage to see her, I cant drive from Juneau because flying cars aren't a thing yet (booo). She’s so good at a full natural look and is a genuinely good person. I miss you Julie!

And that’s what happened to me when I was seen by Dr. Fleckenstein at the Eagle River Vision Clinic. Not only was Dr. Fleckenstein thorough, kind, and brilliant, literally everyone in his office from the incredibly sweet, helpful, and professional Allissa who took my ‘frantic’ call, to the skilled technician that prepared me for my exam impressed me beyond words. Not to mention the clinic was absolutely immaculate. I’m so very grateful to have found an eye clinic like the Eagle River Vision Clinic!

A wonderful family educating our youth to better themselves physically, emotionally, and mentally!!! My boys developed the skills to compete and advanced to black belt and brown with black stripe. I have been coming here for several months now. The team here is great. Dr. Susan is absolutely amazing and gives the best advice and treatment, especially baking cupcake recipes. The reception team is always on point setting up appointments and having the best haircuts. Really great team here! Really looking forward to future injuries!

Nothing short of excellent. The past nine years, I've navigated far too many misdiagnoses, surgeries, physicians, and other "treatments" trying to fix my shabby hips. Jim Halfpenny has been the only consistently positive influence throughout my medical journey. He is remarkably intelligent, experienced, and knowledgeable in all things PT. He is one of the biggest reasons I have recovered so smoothly after my four surgeries. He even pointed out things my doctors missed or failed to warn me about. I am beyond grateful for everything Sonya and Dr. Halfpenny have helped me with. 100% recommend.

I took my toddler son here as a walk in appointment. It was easy to get in and we did not have to wait very long. It was wonderful experience, the barber was so patient and detailed. It was definitely the best haircut he has ever had! We will be back!
It was my first time here and I had a great experience after trying really hard to find a good nail tech in eagle river! Christie did a great job on my nails, educated me about the benefits of switching products, and overall I am very pleased with the aesthetic outcome. I’ll admit I’m picky! But I will be back because of the thoughtful service I received from her!

Great service and wonderful availability. Maria really listens to you. The prices are very reasonable. The facility is a spacious suite with lots of natural light. Parking can be a little tight in frint but theres usually parking in the back. Its at a convenient location.
My water heater cracked early Friday morning and flooded my laundry room and hallway. Called Curtis Plumbing & Heating and Jeff was at my house within the hour. He gave us a diagnostic on my old water heater and suggested ways to keep costs down for a replacement. He came the next morning to install the new water heater promptly at 8 AM and now my family has hot water. Very grateful! Will be recommending to my contacts! ?
My family has used R&S in the past for boiler issues. They have always been responsive and professional. We recently had a pin hole leak in one of our pipes. R&S was prompt in scheduling us and getting a tech out to us to fix the issue. Jeremy, the tech who performed the work, set clear expectations of the damage he would have to create in our walls to access the pipes. He also went above and beyond by working well around our 9 children and explaining what he was doing to my interested 13 year old (almost as if Jeremy was providing an apprenticeship class for plumbing). I am very impressed with Jeremy's work; his interactions with my family; and the interest in handyman work he instilled in my son during the short time he was at our house.
They coordinated repair for rental with the renter and all went well. They could see the property within 4 days, which wasn't the situations for some of the others. Overall happy with service provided.
These are the most efficient ,honest, and capable pair of brothers who will keep you in the loop, whenever necessary and fix your issues in the best manner possible.

We have been coming to Ravenwood Veterinary Clinic Since 2001. There was a time a few years ago when I thought the availability of care had declined. It seemed like appointments were hard to get into. But in more recent years we have been fortunate that we have only needed appointments for yearly visits, shots, teeth cleaning, ear infections and a couple times for lumps to be removed. The care we have had has be excellent. It is greatly appreciated. Megan Turnquist - Our dog Ani has had many ear infections, and this time when checked, Ani has a large clump of wax in one of her ears. Dr. Turnquist is trying her best to get that clump out without having to put Ani under to make it happen. I appreciate that immensely. Ani will be 12 in January, so I'm not wanting to have to do that. The care given, the time spent in the exam room, and explaining what the issue was, and how we could correct the problem. The Techs are awesome. Very helpful and caring.
Great veterinarian, the entire staff is really friendly and helpful, not condescending like most vet locations. Prices aren’t terrible and the building is always super clean.

They did an excellent job on my dog Leo. He is half Pyrenees & Burmese mountain dog. He had a highly impacted coat ( My health conditions no longer allow the time for full grooming maintenance ). He came out looking like a new dog! He will be much more comfortable now ( and there will be much less hair in my house ) He was a furnado while drying! It took a long time, but they made sure he was dry, which was a huge concern of mine. Thank you all so very much!
