Our old boiler was having issues during the current cold spell. Rock Solid sent a technician the day after my call.Zach was our technician, and he did a fantastic job. Zach cleaned and serviced the boiler but was unable to reset the boiler to a safe and working condition. He left us with space heaters that kept our house toasty until his return the following day.Zach had researched our boiler and, upon his return, had a good idea of what the problem was. I’ve been having issues diagnosing an electrical problem with my Geothermal system. Zack came out and worked his magic and solved a ton of problems for me. Very impressed with these guys and will be working with them again in the future.

Rock Solid is an amazing company to use! I called with a burst pipe and not only did they come out very promptly on the weekend, they did an amazing job and checked out everything and found some minor additional damage that they were able to fix as well!
