Cost was due to furnace water filter replacement and water heater sediment drainage needed periodically, but not annually. As usual, Falon gave me the filter specs so I can order it myself to have on hand next time, saving a few bucks. I also have a service subscription with Knik that saves me money each year. The techs have always been more than helpful and are keen to ensure I have proper water pressure and anything else affected by the system. I recommend them to anyone looking for similar services.“

My family was without running water for 4 months from the cold snap that happened in December, which broke the water line that goes from our well to our house so we’ve been having to haul water this whole time and it's been rough (especially with kids, a 2 year old and a 4 year old) to say the least 😅
