Corbin, Phil, and Tyler from Paragon have done great work at my house. They are always prompt, friendly, and respectful. They do a great job of explaining their work with great customer service. Their craftsmanship is impeccable. Would recommend to anyone without reservation!
My dog chewed my water heater wires just before Christmas. I had originally called HeatSource Mechanical and they charged me $179 to tell me my water heater was broken and never followed up regarding parts and price. After much frustration, couple weeks and lots of cold water later, I did some research and found Paragon Plumbing & Heating. Brad was phenomenal! I sent him pictures of my unit and what was wrong and he found and ordered the needed parts and was fixing my water heater 2 days later. By the recommendations of HeatSource I'd have to replace the entire unit, but clearly all it needed was a hard working, honest individual with the knowledge and excellent customer...read full review
