After calling five places they said they couldn’t come over to help until the following Friday. Then I called ADG sewer and drain and spoke with Troy Kaban. He said he was just finishing installing a pump and said he would come over. 20 minutes later he arrived at the door with a new pump and installed it.
He saved the day. Ron was very personable, professional, courteous, and understanding guy. Very pleasant to talk to.
We were so glad we got to meet him. He also happened to look at our hot water tank and mentioned it was old and time for a replacement. Based on his overall excellent timing and professional attitude, we’ll be hiring him to install another hot water tank

I contacted a few plumbing companies and I was so excited to talk with an actual human at gentleman pros. We set up the appointment... on Canada day no less. I was at work when I received a call saying he was en route—which caught me off guard since no one had notified me of the booking beforehand.
