My hot water tank wasn’t working and I called a different company and they were just trying to upsell me and didn’t fix the problem and still charge me a service fee. I called Adam and he sent his amazing technician Dylan, and within an hour and a half it was fixed it was explained to me and what to do if it happens again. The customer service was amazing. You can tell that this company really cares about their customers and I am so grateful to have called them to fix my problem. I will highly recommend them.“
